Always fill the fermenter completely for the best results — the more garlic you add, the better the flavor and consistency of the black garlic(a little sour and sweet).
  • Automatic & Intelligent Fermentation (black garlic) – two dedicated modes (single clove / multi-clove), 7–12 days adjustable for soft texture and perfect taste. The temperature cannot be manually adjusted , the machine automatically regulates it based on the selected duration.
  • 360° Uniform Heating + Built-in Drying – pot and lid heated top/bottom, condensation removed, black garlic with flawless appearance and taste without excess moisture.
  • Unique stainless steel cage with secure lock and small handle – Keeps the garlic securely in place throughout fermentation. Durable, hygienic, and easy to handle.
  • Easy to Clean & Hygienic Inner Pot – Removable aluminum inner pot with a PTFE (non-stick) coating, PTFE is sometimes called Teflon, PFOA-Free. Teflon only releases harmful substances at very high temperatures above 260°C. This fermenter works at 50–80°C, so the non-stick coating is totally safe. Pls don’t worry.
  • Note on temperature control – some users report fixed programs may overheat and dry out the garlic; Some users suggest adding a small amount of water to the pot before fermentation to increase humidity and achieve perfect black garlic.
  • Taste it on the 5th day - Do not open the lid during the first 4 days of fermentation. On the 5th day, you may open the lid and taste the black garlic. If you think it’s ready, you can stop the fermentation.
  • Storage and Refrigeration - Once the black garlic is fermented, it can be taken out and eaten. Be careful when opening the lid due to residual heat. After fermentation, store the garlic in a jar or food container. The taste improves after 5–10 days of storage. Shelf life is around 3 months when sealed; up to 6 months if sealed and refrigerated.
